Trigger warning

I was supposed to be 9 weeks when i went to my ultrasound this week. When i got it there was a sac but no baby or yolk. Sac measured 5-6 weeks she said i could be earlier then we thought or im about to have a miscarriage. Im so upset. Has anyone had this happen and baby been ok. Ive has no bleeding or pain in anyway and Still having pregnancy symptoms. I could use some advise from other mommies please. This would be our second. I go back in two weeks if bleeding doesn't happen before then. Mother of the Bride Gowns 2020
